This is a never ending debate and discussion. The reality is that there are not enough woman leaders in the world. For sure not in Italy where I am from. While working in Ireland/Brazil/Argentina, I never thought of myself as a gender minority but as a professional, not even a young professional. Just a professional. That was a good feeling, just was I was doing was going to be judged, nothing else.
I guess that to keep getting a better working environment and opportunities both the society and the women have to evolve. Here's a great talk by Sheryl Sandberg. Worth it!
